Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery - a tracking number must be sent to us when you ship.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. A tracking number must be sent to us when returned item is shipped.

Additional Facts

As these are hand forged items, products may differ slightly from pictures in shape, size, color, ect.

Purchases do not include any items used for photo staging.

We do not sell knives to persons under the age of 18.
It is up to you to check your local laws about knife restrictions.
Germ's MetalWorks is not responsible for any injuries, deaths, or criminal acts due to the misuse of any of our products.

Care instructions

Being made from metal, products will need to be protected from rust. Either with paint, clear coat, or by periodically applying an oil rub. Unless specified otherwise, all products will have a layer of a linseed oil/wax mix applied when shipped out.

Limited Life Time Gaurantee

Germ’s Metal Works LLC has a limited lifetime warranty for all products sold, protecting them against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service after proper installation and is valid for the life of Germs MetalWorks LLC. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. The products eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered to the original owner only. All return shipping must be pre-paid and insured.  Germ’s MetalWorks LLC will not be liable for lost in-bound packages.
